GREE,

REALLY???

Still lacking any sort of quality control? How many times does it take for you guys to get this right?

Are you putting it out there in case someone taps on it by accident to waste their energy?

Or just incompetence by someone there that should be looking at the code before it gets deployed?

good gawd noooo

It's not a quality control issue. It is intentional to prevent pre-staging of NPC's.

There is a whole industry dedicated to quality control. They even have consultants you can hire...could probably get a starting out firm at lower costs...just a suggestion.

They will modify these values just when ltq will start. Since they declared some time ago that they don't reset prestaged NPCs and they want to do that, so they set so high values that almost nobody can prestage it. Then they reset it to normal, planned level later. As they don't guarantee that they won't make changes, they formally keep their promise.
