Max Cash Earned from Attacking?

I never seen the cash earned from attacking go over 151k. Is there a cap on how much you can get for attacking someone? I used to think it was ~10% of their current cash.

If you attack a level 161, you get 151k cash. Looks like 161 is the highest rival level in your rivals list

I never thought it had anything to do w/ lvl, but cash on hand, of which IME u can get 5% maybe 12 times??????. Can't take it all for some reason

No. Back in the day you could hit someone a maximum of ten times, and take 10% of their cash on hand up to a maximum of $30,000 each time if I remember right; so total $300,000. Then it got changed so you could be hit twenty times.

Then they changed it again so the money was the rival's level x100 minus $10,000 (so someone on lvl 200 would lose $190k per loss)
