Error

Hi, I bought a new tablet , transferred my game to the new device and everything worked.
When I restarted the game it went to another account I have and my main one disappeared from my new device
and when I try to transfer again I'm getting this error message:

Error!
This game is already linked to a different google play account.

I tried uninstalling the game, tried unlinking the account from google play on both devices
and contacted support, nothing worked.

if someone knows what to do to fix this please let me know.

They have to be on the same google play account
