10th bag glitch?

I oh ad 10 successful opens with my 2 active accounts, yet on the 10th for both, the armor was not awarded, the goal number remained at 9/9, the armor defense was not added and my stats remained unchanged. I opened a ticket for both accounts. Anyone else seen this happen?

The concealed secrets loot item looks a bit like the package thing from the main goal, I also thought I'd been cheated when it stayed on 9/10 but it was just duplicate loot.

I would were it not for the fact that getting 10/10 on 2 accounts is like seeing Bigfoot riding on a unicorn. ;-). Dunno about RB. Still in a holding pattern.
