Not a good start, The game froze up and now I'm locked out with the spinning wheel.

Took 30 mins and 4 tries to get logged into the game. I am not going to uninstall and reinstall every time this happens because that's all I'd be doing, instead of playing the game.

Please get this fixed!!

I have the same problem routinely with my iPad 4th Gen. I've deleted & reinstalled and the issue will eventually manifest itself again.

Yes this lockout problem seems to occur a lot more frequently on my older accounts (Nov 2011-Jan 2012) making me think it's an old unit that the database freezes on while loading or perhaps building?

On the really new accounts from this year with nothing on the base and a new units I don't have the problems as much if at all but as soon as I link to an older account the app freezes.

The stupid part is when linking was first implimented we did not this problem. After guys farmed that air unit things went to crap which makes me think our players get scanned as they log in and sometimes the game doesn't like something and freezes.

NOw I'm having lock out issues, again. It seems to only happen during WDE and FL, can the GREE servers not handle alot of accounts online at the same time?

Deleting app, shutting down device, ext don't seem to do much as the lockout is very random (but consistent) problem during the two faction events mentioned above.

Yes deleted and reinstalled if not on wifi your locked out and I'm on the road with no wifi so im locked out

I may have found a fix. I have had to delete & reload MW over 30 times so far this WD. (Tix # 2352890 relic). I provided GREE screen shots of the Equipment help that would pop up after every attack once the new game loaded.

I tracked the new downloads and provided screenshots of where the download got hung up based on the circle loading progress visual; usually for 15-30 seconds- same spot.

Their advice was to keep deleting and reloading game.

I have logged out of Game Center. Then downloaded the game...no delay during download. Hmmm.

Game fired up...quickly.

Hope it works for you. having to reload the game every time sucked.

The lockout seems to be tied to certain accounts, sent a ticket. Basically two older accounts that are over 2 years old. Logging out of GC didn't help, sometimes launching the game from GC helps but not this time it is totally locked out on the iPhone 5 even after multiple uninstalls, full shut downs and launches from GC instead via the app icon.

Even multiple restarts are not solving the problem. Oh well....

It seems to me if I keep downloading the broken version from my cloud back up,it will never resolve. Is there a work around to download a fresh version from i Store?

I'm pretty sure the cloud version is the same, just checked my iPhone and it is stuck running V5.0.5 build 5005.0. Will check the iPad as well.

I think the issue is with older accounts, worse accounts are from 2011-11-09 which makes me suspect the server is choking on something old that these players have. Did start recycling a lot of really old units though wonder if it breaking on a really old boost unit.

I got a reply from a ticket saying that a fix should be in the next update. Hope so.

iPad is running same version. I find that when I am linking through my new accounts things work fine, it's when I link to these old accounts that the app locks me out. When I say new these accounts are only a few months old.

Oddly I link some old accounts on Android and don't have lockouts. Would be curious to see if the stuck accounts on IOS linking would work on Android but don't think I can remove them from GC.

i have 3 accounts the oldest being 2011, the newest being about 18 months old. I can open all of them on wifi ipad2 and a first gen itouch (wifi only).

None of the 3 accounts open on my iphone5s (about 2 years old) regardless of wifi or cell data.

The hang up occurs after the music starts, but before the account is attached. I know this because When the load stalls I am able to open the account on either of the other devices, do what I need and close without the "restart" messages popping up on the iPhone.

When away from wifi to open any of the accounts on the iPhone over Verizon LTE I have to delete & reload the app. (I also use checker to scrub the "junk" and "memory" and hard reboot the phone) for each attempted opening.

The same process is needed if I want to use the phone on wifi. I choose to use the older devices as even the itouch is faster than that process.

What is odd is when the issue started the intro of equipment screen began coming up on reloading the app. Then the first 3 ATTACKS during WD had an equipment help screen pop up after each.

I had not seen that screen since equipment was introduced.

First. I have a lot more trouble logging into my nov 11 account than my Jan 14 account but do have trouble with both.
Second. Off topic, apologies to all. How do you start a new account now? Do I need a clean device without Game Center logged in?

The problem began after the issue with low level players buying a unit they shouldn't have. I've suspected for a while that dev added in some method of checking accounts on log in for units that a player shouldn't have but because we have some really old units these might be crashing the log in.

But come to think of it once I finally get in on my old account I can then link to the newer accounts, breeze through them but on the return to the old account I'm locked out. Deleting doesn't work well, lots of uninstalls and restarts may eventually get me back in. This is the iPhone 5 and 6. The iPad 2/3s are better but they also lock up.

I've tried logging in via the Game Centre and the app and it's a crap shoot as to what finally works, but linking seems to be what triggers the problems in my case.

Any update. This issues has caused me to drop one account, and based on the forever- ongoing data usage, I will likely drop another account next billing cycle. You guys really are screwing yourself out of customers.
