Rerelease ltb questions

There is only a certain amount of past LTBs that can be rereleased. What will happen after all LTBs have been released. Players will get bored when they watch their IPH not grow as fast because there just isn't enough buildings. With stat inflation, prizes get bigger and bigger and bigger. With IPH inflation, what will Gree do?
