stolen account please help

hello a couple of weeks ago i contacted gree about my stolen account and yet they didint do anything to help me out so please if anyone could help i would be forever thankful , my stolen accounts friend code is wbc-yzz-nrm please help me i will provide any needed info on the account

When you are submitting your ticket please include the most information possible about your account for verification purposes. The only way to recover a stolen account is through CS/Ticket.

thats what i did , i even included 3 of my latest purchase reciepts but still nothing all they said was that my account was already bound to a certain mail adress which wasnt mine and they gave me instructions on binding/retrieving accounts even though i have nothing to do with this info
