I just had a data push.

Now I'm receiving all new drop items!

Does this mean I won't receive my last item even though there is still 2 days left?

i am on 7/8 stuck for days getting doubles only , i only needed the last weapon on the goal list and now i am getting some random weapon called "concealed secerts" .

Looks like the shipments were mixed up!

All I needed was the grease gun!

An easy one!

That wrapper is now down the drain.

Somehow I got 2 decorative bombs now how can that be if it was supposed to be awarded for achieving 9 items.........how can that be????

I'm not concerned by stat inflation, I'm concerned by the fact I can't complete an event because the prizes are no longer available.

GREE don't offer refunds so as usual, I guess I'll just accept it as another reason not to give a ****.

I also got some concealed items today... One was even ~500k attack. Either I got really lucky and got the next event's version of this event's decorative explosive or the inflation is crazy next event.

... I did, I got 8/8 and 10/10 with main.

My minis are on 6/8 and 9/10.. So I would have if I had been lucky and been given the proper items...

No. Part of reason is they have to insert prize per account and don't want/have resources for it. I and others r getting no responses to tickets

There is a backlog of tickets and they are replied to in the order they are received. If you feel like your ticket is being overlooked please contact Clementine or Relic with your ticket number and they will make sure it is not overlooked.

Wow... any truth to the rumors that the moderators have no sense of humor? In case you didn't get it, you just guaranteed 5000 private messages each to Relic and Clementine. I lose track of who says what, but I'm pretty sure both of them have said "don't come to the forum to ask about your ticket."

This comment is unnecessary. As we have said multiple times, do not attack or insult the Moderators, Staff, or other players. It will not be tolerated.

Both Relic and I have stated that we can not escalate a ticket, but if someone feels they have been overlooked, or it has been an unusually long time since they received a response, then they may message us and we can check on the status.

The stats on the case event prizes were too high, lemme complain to gree so I can earn prizes of 200/100 without bieng guaranteed the final item...dumbazzes!!!:D

some players have received the final prize automatically with out finishing. I have not seen this with any of my players .

we feel we have been cheated of the chance to finish the event. im one of the ones that have been spending gold to open the cases, and basically paid with gold for items i didnt get to keep, AND lost valuable time that could be used getting the items i needed...

So...would you rather gree take away those high stat items from your inventory? I also used gold on the case event but the new prizes that were issued far surpassed the original prizes, in addition your chances for winning the new prizes were higher than getting 10/10 or 8/8.

Hey Guys!

So a few things to note with this lock box event's issues:

1) It has been fixed and is running as normal.

2) The rewards were corrected but, it seems something didn't work out right and the trigger for getting all 10 of the pearl necklace tokens is not getting the reward for folks. Easy fix by far so just send in a ticket to support and after checking you have the 10, you'll get credited by them.

3) The rewards credited/earned to players during the time the event was in error....WILL be credited back shortly (before the event start it was for) so please be patient while that gets sorted out.

Hope that clears things up for folks!

Lol, well hopefully this one is fixed, they were some nice rewards. Especially considering it did take a day/2 out of the proper rewards meaning people couldn't get 8/8 or 10/10.

It will be and folks that earned the wrong rewards/tokens had them changed out with the correct ones, so pretty much no time was lost.

Funny that you at Gree can fix this within 24 hours. Im still waiting for my prize of Havana SA two weeks ago. As im sure lots of others are waiting aswell.

Last time I checked (about an hour ago) it was still making it's roll out to those folks affected. It did indeed take some time but you should see it shortly. If in the next few hours you don't see anything send in a ticket about it and the CS team should be able to handle it for you when they can.

Thanks for the quick response really appreciate it. Same for Relic you guys are quick to respond that is the good news. The bad news is I havent received anything yet. And not gonna sent in a new ticket on this matter. Have been sending a total of 4 tickets on this issue, and dont have any confidence that you are able to fix it. Not gonna bother anymore it gives me a headache.

Nonsense. I picked up multiple items and ended up stranded on 9/10 and 7/8

Exactly where I was before wrong items dropped.
