Pirate Cutter Problem

I keep getting the "Cant Purchase" This is a loot item pop-up when trying to buy it. I have restarted the game at least 5 times, powered my phone off/on, purchased equipment items to force update, banked gold. Nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Lol, this happens almost every time with LTBs. Just try after each hour.

Smack your phone on a sharp edge. Keep smashing until your screen goes black. Helped me get rid of that problem!

I'll tell you. The new data set isn't downloading. I know this because my iPad is on an older version and it won't match my phone. This would suggest data set is not loading for some reason. Probably referenced locally or incorrectly.

and that is probably the reason why the game reacts very very slow since about 2 hours - it's a pain to play atm, everything seems to take ages

Same problem. Pirate cutter is still not available. Not sure why some forum people suggest destroying your phone unless they work for an Android based cell company....lol.
Gree has made points worthless as values are so high, the next event will start at 1 billion. Another game ruined by hackers.

Hacking? GREE are the ones who have ruined the game. I've seen no evidence or complaints about hacking for months.

I powered fully off and was able to buy the cutter.
I sent a ticket to Gree as there is no loot chest after the purchase.

problem is now fixed and you can purchase the new building. it requires water tile space. Upgrade to level 10 by 4/13/15 2 pm and you earn the coliseum commander 2mil/500k with +4% infantry attack

When you raid the Pirate ship, you get a pile of stones floating on the water. Shouldn't you see timber floating, or see the ship sink? Lol, maybe it's made out of magic stones that float.
