Can't Get On Crime City

I was doing my event quests, and suddenly an epic boss approached. I didn't have money to fight him so I closed my app and re opened it. Now I can't get back in... I'm stuck on the loading screen... Anyone else have this problem?

Is it only with the Epic Boss? This was like last week when the App crashed when we checked our individual quests... In any case, I reinstalled the App and it still didn't do anything.
