I would really appreciate it if Clementine could PM me... of course he doesn't accept PMs from users. I know it must get annoying, but that's a really curious practice for someone who's supposedly the "community manager."

Maybe you have to "friend" her? IDK.
And, she (and every player mod) tells everybody to PM her if they are having issues with CS, so they should be available thru PM for everybody.
