Did HOA get banned or change their names out of shame?

I can't find them in the syndicate list so I was wondering if the syndicate got banned for hacking or if they simply changed their names to hide their shame.

Can Gree clarify this please?

Hopefully this matter was handled seriously and they were banned. Although nothing can be done about the awful things they post in online chat rooms, Gree can definitely ban them for hacking gold.

I'm guessing name change. I can't imagine GREE moving that fast on anything after all the cash hackers and time travelers I've reported.
