yes they deserve all awards and everything they get. so get a pot take a poop and send it in to gree so show them you gave a sh.it. about the game. just kidding.

its not customer services that are the problem its the programmers and management who dont know wtf they are doing.

im not defendng cs for their auto replies or failure to pass on tickets etc but there wouldnt be as many tickets if the management and programmers didnt keep screwing up.

fix the bugs before bringing in new changes.

run tests on any new changes before releasing to us your free paid bug testing staff.

about time we got paid for reporting bugs and sending tickets after all it is us ..the players.. that do your jobs better than your staff.
