New NPCs released called Riot have a MADNESS require. Check Riot Gunner on High Mountain Village require 19463 energy and it is giving 1089 Xp clearly is a mistake because no one cant hit that as far as Im concern.

check my math. lvl 350, all skill points to energy. 350 x 3 x 10. plus all maps finished to 5/5. Is it even possible to have more than 11 or 12k energy?

It's probably Gree's new way of stopping people from prestaging targets and will change the energy requirements per hit just before going live.
That's if they remember to make the changes.

Hahaha, that's awesome! So, yeah, just level up to Lev 646, put every skill point on energy along the way, and you'll be able to hit that target once every 36 hours with your +9/min energy. Nice!! :P

use gold also no use? ur energy bar max around 12000... cant even go to 19000 energy...
unless they are changing the method of hitting, whereby each player can choose to deal how much damage to the targets (same as raid boss).. so u can deal 3000 energy to that target for faction ltq.. but not sure how to proceed for ILTQ...

That's how I thought FLTQs would be before they came online. That would be sweet, even more a team effort than it is now. And those 19k hits would kind of make sense.

Unless I'm missing something, by my calculations the highest target anyone will be able to hit is Master 17/20 - Riot Commando (3x 8544)

350 levels x 3 = 1,050 Skill points
1,050 Skill Points x 10 energy = 10,500 energy
64 completed maps x 1 Skill Point each = 64 Skill Points
64 Skill Points x 10 energy = 640 energy
10,500 energy + 640 energy = 11,140 maximum energy

Afraid you can't give GREE Kudos for thinking up a new stratergy... It will be some bright sparks idea to make it harder without thinking it through or understanding the game mechanics... Past issues prove this.

Gree fixed it before the LTQ went live...and by "fix" they removed boosts and made all the kills 1 Kill.
