New LTB will not upgrade

I have 7 building upgrades as standard. Tried up grading the new LTB as i am only using 4 upgrades at present, but i keep getting server error displayed ?

Anyone else getting this.

Same here but my guess is that one of the upgrading mods is gone. I had +2 but now only +1
