I have submitted several tickets regarding this issue and they are not being answered.

The individual reward for SA was to score 8,000,000 deploy points in a single battle to get the final prize. I scored 10,450,000 in a single battle and I was not awarded the prize. I submitted a ticket the first day of the event. Another ticket the last day of the event. Then two more tickets after the event has ended.

I keep getting a response talking about SA rewards going out early which has nothing to do with my ticket. If you took the time to read the ticket you would know this as I was quite detailed in my initial ticket as well as the other tickets that followed.

Relic, I just got a response on ticket 2314921 with an explanation as to why I did not get the final individual goal, which I will copy and paste below. After which I will also go over two main reasons that he is wrong.

Here is the response I got to ticket 2314921:

Hello Jake,

Thank you for contacting Crime City support.

A script was run to credit players with the prizes they should have received from their final ranking in the last Street Assault event, but players who had changed syndicates since 3/13 would have received the incorrect prizes. I have added your account to a second list which will have a script run to correct the prizes. We hope to have the prizes corrected by the end of the day. I apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause you and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our logs show that you earned 16,332,000 deploy points during Street Assault - Havana Avenida on Jake (648084621).

The way the deploy point goals work is, you have to reach the deploy points target set for each goal. This means to complete Havana Avenida 2/22 you would have to have earned 25000 deploy points + 50000 deploy points = 75000 total deploy points. To complete Havana Avenida Earn 4000000 Deploy Points. 19,075,000 total deploy points, 8,625,000 points short!

As you can see I should not have made it past 11/22 if the calculations were done the way he is describing, yet I got to 15/22 with 10,450,000 points and others finished the entire individual goal by doing over 8,000,000 points.

Care to explain?

Don't start an argument on the internet, kid. It's like running in the special Olympics; even if you win, you're still retarded.

Whining has been going on here since before I started lurking, despite the fact that there's absolutely no point in telling the forum moderators about an issue you have with the game. That's exactly like complaining about government policy to the lady behind the desk at your local IRS office; yes, they work for the same company, but that's about it.
