View Full Version : Game crashes on startup

This morning my game (on iOS) started crashing right after the splash screen finishes. The screen goes black and then the app quits. Try again, the same thing happens.

So far I've...
-Restarted and reset the phone numerous times.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice (1/2 hour process each time)
-Tried to disable game center and reload the game data from the account binding.
-Sent a support request

That's about all the suggestions I've found to try on the forum and same result each time. Anyone have any other ideas?

I'm 17 fragments away from finishing heroic mode and I haven't been able to play since this morning. I'm going to miss getting the Epic+ if I can't get back into the game soon.

Hey,

I'm also experiencing this same issue,
When starting the application it loads then momentarily after starting the screen turns black and the application closes,

I have done all the steps to try and resolve this as mentioned by yourself above,
I have even tried retrieving my account from a bound email using another device but do not retrieve the code required from gree,

I have emailed gree support in the hope they will resolve this issue,

I'm hoping it will fix itself, in the mean time I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this issue,

I'm having exactly the same problem on Android & according to Facebook, so have around 25 people who have posted there. They URGENTLY NEED an update patch to fix this ! I'm not sure but I can imagine those trying to get Heroic Armour & can't log in are screaming at their devices by now ...

I have been having the same problem with my Ipad Mini 2 in the last 2 days anyone got any ideas whats going on?

I think the problem is that I updated my firmware on my ipad it was working fine till I updated

Nothing yet Heide. Someone looked at my support ticket a couple hours ago so hopefully something will happen soon before the next Raid.

Hopefully Gree will consider compensation for the Heroic Mode Epic+ armor I wasn't able to get because of this bug. Missing it cause I couldn't log in was extremely aggravating.

If u trust their Support Team, u might as well just resolve the problem yourself as their support team is crap and my grandparents can probably be a better support team, lol.

Hey Guy's,

Finally got back into the game today after receiving an update, unfortunately my rings and amulets were not restored nore was I compensated for the bug but I'm just happy to be back in the game,

Thank you Relic for any help you may have contributed to get this fixed,

Latest Update seems to have cured problem & I can play again. BE PATIENT - it takes multiple game starts & in-game up updates for everything to get back to normal. Again like Aiden no luck with my lost Rings & Amulets. Glad to back playing after 11 days regardless ...
