Why not just use them jumping , next RB might not have such amazing legs

I checked my inventory and I have quite a few refills for everything. I hope I continue to forget to use them so they really build up.

I figure if I can save about 500 energy refills I can finish an LTQ one day.

At least the normal, with a level up.

No it doesn't, if you had any spare refills left over then you have lost them for good.
