I was locked out from the game earlier and getting the "Cannot connect to server, make sure you have internet access. blahblahblah" error on iOS. From there I closed the app, restarted it, for about 10-20 times in a 30-minutes time span. Finally I was allowed to enter the game, and to my surprise,
my level jumped 38 levels and was given 116 skill points to allocate.
During the lock out I did NOT delete and re-install app as I heard some other players did, who also suffered the same outcome, with their levels jumped anywhere between 10-80 levels.
Ticket sent for now, I'm just writing here to raise this issue to the greater community.
I won't be using my skill points given in error, hopefully this can be restored as soon as possible, as the higher level does have impact on the WD points I get.
