Gree you Screw my game

This afternoon I try to log in MW and was not able to logon.. I made a soft reset.. Nothing happenned can't logon.. I delete the game and re install it... Samething happened no logon.. Deleted it third time and was able to logon.. When I logon into the game... Surprise now I'm level 350 and I was 249 an hour before that **** happened can you resolved it pretty fast my ID 423 299 526

The same exact thing happened to me I posted a thread about two hours ago I jumped up to level 350 also and then I got locked out again.

Are you using a jail-broken phone?

You don't have to answer, but if you are, your acct might have been banned.
I'm not sure if one gets a message or not from GREE when an acct gets banned, or if it just gets locked out.

Same exact thing happened to my mini today. Went from 124 to 144 when I was able to log back in and +60 skill points.

The only way I could send a ticket was to reply to an old one, so I'm not sure if it worked or not. No response yet. Still locked out.

Just happened to my mini. Seemed to happen right after leveling up. Each time I refresh rival list my money would increase 2200 and bP increased by 16. Logged out and back in Went from level 27 to 37

Mine just says "Cannot connect to server. You must have access to the Internet to use the application."

No problem when logging in to KA or any other game.

Same here TheQueen - tried to turn off/on, reset iPad, reset network, and then delete and re-install but still cannot get in - problems started the same time as you so it must be a new screwup on the server. Sigh...

Not fair. My account only went from 178 to 244. Going to delete app again, reinstall and shoot for lvl 350. Two battles at age 244 and haven't broken into 300s with WD points, fingers crossed to break through on my my level.

as my previous post was removed by the mods , I will try again , between myself and my wife, we have 3 accounts that have been ruined, on went from level 239 to 330 in 45 minutes approximately 14 hours ago, the second went from 101 to 125 overnight, and a hhird went from 159 to 186 overnight.

I have managed to stop them now, it is playstore related, try the following, delete app, then clear cache on google play services and google play store, reinstall game , yhou should now be able to log in and at least the levelling will have stopped.

Just like always Gree will fixed after the wd ended (i hope not), how about this, i believe the players that accidentally level up sooooooo fast to level 350 will suffer on this WD event, maybe you can unlock the apollo ranks minimum, with gold (not health packs not energy packs) for them, its fair

You can add me to the list of growing ranks with this exact issue. I've been locked out for over 18 hours with what you claim are internet problems. The only problem here is Modern War. My internet is working just fine for every other application on my iPad. Also, last i heard from my faction i had gained over 100 lvls in this wonderful span of time.

I am not sure what you need from a forum moderator? We can let Gree know of the issue or have them look into your ticket to make sure it is not overlooked. Forum mods cannot change game code or expedite tickets. This thread was already sent to Gree, and they are working on it.

Well considering that they were asking for Mods, stepping in to expedite tickets(when none are provided)/providing updates when none are available. Also on a side note Forum Moderators are the player appointed moderators, as Gree employees that are on the forum replying are Community Managers.

I only have one account. I use it on one device. I also was locked out with server connection errors and then I magically got u to the game to see that I jumped 80 levels. I put in a ticket.

They said they fix it but it's not. And how do we know that your fix are good can you esplained what to do.. I delete the game and reinstall it and I'm allways at level 350 and it's supposed to be 249 before leveling to 250 not 350..
