Please contact Clementine or Relic if you think your ticket is being overlooked. Facebook does not provide customer support. If you send in multiple tickets for the same issue, that will most likely delay any support.

Now I get a email from gree showing all my proof where I didn't get my gems after droping 400 on .99 cent sale saying nothing they can do really gree been playing 2 years now n spent 1000s of dollars n you **** me like this really ?

Whilst the support isn't great, they are usually good with purchase-issues.
Message Relic or Clementine your ticket number. If the evidence is attached I don't see how they would turn you down. Good luck mate.

Phill done have lol first time I've have this problem with them ever lol n they don't wanna fix which is kinda messes up considering I spend around 400-800 a month or more on it lol

There are a few easy tips you might miss, such as that sending multiple tickets will likely have them close all but the original one, whereas that one will then get backlogged due to overflow..

limitedwash, maybe u should stop paying GREE so that u won't be wasting more money, but go f2p for a while then when u see GREE support improve, maybe then u can start spending.
