Current Best Building in Crime City

Since the recent ReLTBs have changed the payout on LTBs and buildings keep inflating over time, has anyone done a recent analysis of which building has the best per hour income? Most of us can agree that 12 hour and 24 hour buildings are superior because of their ease of collection and lower chances of being robbed. So basically which is your favorite building? Why?

My personal favorite (up until recently) was the diamond grillz. Now that I have finished upgrading them they are great on the payout and easy to set an alarm and collect twice a day. Now that the ReLTBs have adjusted existing LTBs I am not sure which will be my next pet project to finish off.
