Rival list adjustment?

I just noticed I can no longer see rivals of many different levels. For months and months I could see rivals from about 250-300. Today however I can only see 299 and up no matter how many times I refresh. My level is 299. Is this a new adjustment?

Mini, lv116, seeing 105 to 127 so guessing not so much on the adjustment.

I'm at level 260, and all of a sudden can see level 300s... Me likey.... As I imagine do the only 10 players I could previously see who ewere worth hitting for bp
