Ok so by the title you understand a little bit of what im going to talk about. I got a new phone and I wanted to play on the K&D account thats on my old phone but I play it on my new phone. So I google how to do it and I figure out I need to bind it. BUT I binded my Email on the K&D account of my NEW phone instead of my old phone so I can't retrieve the information of my lvl 135 to my new phone. So then I unbinded and did the steps correctly but it STILL didn't let me. Please if you have any as advice or help please do so and thanks in advance.

Hi Paranoid,
Try these steps:
- Make sure you Unbind your e-mail from your new device.
- Bind your old device account to your e-mail.
- Press the Retrieve Account Button on your new device
- Follow the instructions

I bound my account quite a while back with an email I no longer have (that email address is gone). How can I unbind that email that no longer exists so I can re-bind it?

Thank you for the advice arclite but thats what I did but it didn't work. It said you can't retrieve that account because its already bind to this phone.
Is there anyway that you can transfer my account to this phone manually like when people lose there account they send an e-mail to Support Team and get there account back. I can tell you the armors I had and my friend code which is WBN-PWN-VBZ

Contact to Gree support and give information...
1. Your friend code
2. How many gems you have
3. Last purchase dates
4. Main player name and lvl
5. Your Guild
6. Date of last login
7. Armor your main was wearing
8. Friend code on the NEW device or on your new account

Do you still have your old phone? If so, just bind that to a different email. Once that's done, you'll be able to retrieve it on your new phone.

Thats what I did but it still didn't work. But thanks anyways and if anyone knows how long the Support Team takes to answer you that be great like if its 2-5 days or 1 week

Pitmatsu if ur phone breaks and it takes 2 weeks to fix u went to the wrong ppl as it shouldn't take more than 2 hours unless u went to some idiot who doesnt even know what he is doing.

Yeah...I agree, but when phone has warranty...you cant choose place to repair.
Last time took 3wks^^

^ yeah sometimes u would rather replace for a price that is a bit more than repairing (i.e. $250- repair and $375- for replace, what would u choose?).

Make sure you have a trustworthy sentinel and you won't have an issue if they "give" your guild away.

Hi my ign is killin i have been playing this game for quite some time i have owned all the land and got 4 epics and some 4*+ armors now i didnt know that u could bind your account because my screen on my old phone went completely black so i couldnt see anything please help me i have put so much time and effort and fusing into this game
