been a long wait for me as well. Sometimes the response ends up in my spam folder, but not this time. Oh well

I've been waiting that long, emailed countless times and not even a response, customer support has become completely worthless

give them sometimes to sort it out, they receive too may ticker daily

There are many reason that could delay response in your tickets. (Excess foul language, threatening, incomplete information, different associated emails, multiple tickets for the same issue, etc.).

If you feel like your ticket is being overlooked, contact Clementine or Relic with the ticket number.

i have waited for responses from Gree CS from 24-hours to 3 weeks. they are neither consistent or reliable.

and i am only talking about their first response, not the automated response when you first submit a ticket, but the canned-response they are looking into my problems and forwarding the matter to their developers.

in the worst case, i waited 3 weeks for the initial response that they are working on my problem and then another 2 weeks for them to actually resolve it.

I had Relic respond to mine, THANK YOU mods for doing you jobs, above and beyond. Just wish support would do theirs

Guess I might be special then, as I had my ticket responded and corrected within 3 days. I had to read legalious's guide for how to write a ticket. Now I cant seem to find that thread again.
