I post this to see if its worth your time to upgrade the new LTBs to LV 20, given their final prize, payout and IPH boost. While the Radar Listening Post started the LTBs going to 20, the Control Tower started the mission goals. We'll start with that.

10/20 Prize: 234590/216545 +10% sea defense
20/20 Prize: +15% Infantry Defense
RAW Cost to build: Unknown
LV 1 RAW Payout:47,123
LV 20 RAW Payout: Unknown
Worth using your +1 TEMP Upgrade On: Upgrade to 10 for boost, then upgrade off cycle if you don't plan on finishing. 10% sea boost is worth it if you have Apollo Ships.

Yes, and they expect you to upgrade each level per day to get to level 20. They only way to get there in the allotted time is if you have some boost to greatly reduce upgrade time. Otherwise, you will need gold, which I will not be doing!

My upgrade time reduction is around 56% I hear, if using the math GREE is using to determine times, would cost 6000 gold to finish using the maximum about of time given. Don't know about you but I'm not using gold on this. Talk about moving the goal post.

It's not really a time issue, but a gold issue. I'm gonna attempt it and hope that lvl 10 gives out the prize as an intended glitch.

If you do get a boost for 10, please post it here. I'm going to stop and upgrade my AMRs since I rather use the same amount of time and gain about 400m+ a level.

It's probably worth it to take it too level 5 for the +1 building bonus. I myself would spend gold to finish it. If you have that much gold laying around you're better off just using it for the new boost buildings.
