Hit Carmen Rivera in canal street for an awesome item.

You have to hit her a bunch though, so don't get discouraged if you don't get the item after a few hundred times, just keep going!

Also, purchasing henchman increase your chances of the item dropping. Only 17 gold in the store!

I would say buy the crate items 3 for 250 gold but they haven't been offered for some time. Farming sucks because Gree charges XP.
