Hello,

This link is to a long established recruiting thread. We don't "bump" our threads, that's lazy. We provide updates on our faction's progress so potential recruits can assess our team and determine their desire to join.

http://forums.gree.net/showthread.php?98549-YOU-could-push-us-into-top-150-(again)

Please explain why the thread was closed. If done in err, please reopen it.

Thanks!

Hi,

Auto-locking threads that are more than 3 months old was put in place to make it easier for members to report issues instead of having to dig through several threads to find an existing topic. Existing threads can be quite difficult to find if they're three or more months old.

We've also changed our rule for bumping on recruitment threads only, just so you're aware. The new rule is:

No Bumping: Creating short posts with the sole intention of keeping threads at the top of the forum is called “bumping.” This raises forum traffic and clutter and moves more active threads down the page which may result in the thread being lost. Persistent offenders will be issued a warning or infraction. This rule excludes recruitment threads. Recruitment threads will be allowed one (1) bump every 24 hours, when the thread moves to the second page of the sub-forum, or whichever occurs first.

Sorry for the confusion.

This is a good idea, otherwise important threads like on why alliance defence isn't working might get missed.

Yes. Now Gree only has to hide from an issue for 90 days.
