Upgrading AMR from lvl 10 - 11 only costs 23 million

Am I the only one to think this is madness? Gree takes with one hand gives with the other. Now given all the deputes we've had in the last week, valour hack etc, then may I suggest you take away all the Arctic buildings that are currently being upgraded, because there's no way 23 million can be the intended upgrade cost. It costs 6 billion to go from lvl 9 to 10 and yet 23 million from lvl 10 to 11. It has to be a glitch, therefore anyone upgrading is exploiting. The only way of stopping them is to delete those buildings now.

Better still stand them against the wall, I would say treat them like all cheaters, but there again Lance Armstrong is still making money and he made an entire career out of it he even has people feeling sorry for him and he's coining it in.

I doubt it, I'm sure there are others, however, I'd like to say I prefer my post on the subject :-)
