Hey man,

Just a word of advice, if you want a company to deal with you. Be respectful. If they haven't answered your emails or tickets it's because they're back logged. They probably won't answer you as well if you're being disrespectful or offensive as well.

Adding more emails and tickets to the mix will just add to the time you have to wait because they treat each ticket as a separate issue.

Be patient and wait for a response man.

They're also gonna tell you they can't discuss issues on the forum....so yeah.

I fully agree with Gree on reclaiming the gems they credited to anyone who later spams their posts with this stupid and unneeded 'Join my guild' spam. There's not a single K&D post *not* related to any guild stuff that is not abused by those spammers.
