Prime Ops rank progress increasing

So i was going thru the ranks to see what the rewards are. I am currently a Silver Beret. But when I got to the Prime Ops rank i saw a progress bar on that rank also. It is increasing along with my current rank. Is anyone else seeing this? Should i stop trying to rank up before i finish it and get accused of cheating?

Yup. That's a glitch also. Anyone that continues getting bps, is considered using a glitch.

Another faction member has the same progress bar on the Prime Ops rank. I have urged him to send in a ticket also. does anyone one else see a progress bar on the Prime Ops rank?

im not sure if this is only on android. one of our ios users has no progress bar on the PO rank

Usual BP progress bar exists in all ranks.
Or do you talk about something other?

I am only seeing a progress bar on my current rank AND the Prine Ops rank. ... no other rank has a progress bar

It is normal standard behavior.
You passed the whole bar in previous level and did not reach the next level.
