Ten min to log in after update

Ever since the update I ocassionally have a greatly increased log in time. Sometimes 10 min or more. It does this on all devices from new mini-iPad to ipad3. What is going on?

I noticed this, I have an iPhone 6 on 4G and 802.11ac. I can't have better equipment or connections. I get anything up to 5 minutes. So annoying, it's got worse since we reported it here recently.

Just to clarify, it is only sometimes. It's not all the time. No idea why.
