It seems that way for now. However the n/a indicates Gree still plans to render old stats less valuable in the future. Or it may just indicate incomplete programming back to the old way.

At least put the buffer back like old system where you had a chance of robbing or winning fights slightly above your attack.

They did. There was never a hope in hell of beating someone whose defence was a lot stronger than your attack, but there is still a small chance to beat them if they are only a little bit stronger.

And robberies have been a joke for three years. You're not really supposed to be able to defend against those unless you collect on time or pay Gree an amount of real dollars equal to or greater than the number of pixel dollars you are trying to protect.
