New "shake to collect" UPDATE not working

GREE... The new "shake your device to colect" on the new update 3.2 collects the buildings but then the buildings are back up for collection again shortly after so something is wrong where it's not registering with server. Just letting YALL know so hopefully you can fix it but THANK YOU for adding this feature finally jus hope you get it working right.

The shaking works on all my games. I have to shake really hard though. Is there anyway to adjust the sensitivity either on the iPad or iPhone, or in game?
I'm having to shake so hard, I'm afraid I might break something

Same here. Also, if I am holding my iPad with the screen facing me, I can't shake it away/toward me. I have to shake it side to side to get it to collect.

You re thinking two dimensionally with side/side and away/toward, how about try up/down (yes it works).-

I don't really use shake-it because my iPad's sit on my desk or table, plugged into usb power all day. Not a problem for me to collect manually. All I can say is shake to collect is a much better idea than that big ugly red "collect all income" button of other games.

You re thinking two dimensionally with side/side and away/toward, how about try up/down (yes it works).-

I know it works, but if I'm lying in bed it's harder to shake it in that direction without disturbing my girlfriend. Toward/Away from me is the least disruptive direction. More specifically, I'd prefer to give the top a flick away from me (bringing the bottom toward me). Rotating it along the axis.

You can only throw your device at the wall during war battles, this is what they refer to as wall damage.
