Crime city new account (2nd one?)

I have a phone and a pad. My first account is currently on my pad, I want to make a new account on my phone, but they are on the same Game Center and accounts.

Is it possible to make a new account? Or will it just link me to my old account? Also how to play on both accounts on my pad once the new one has been made?

You should be able to. Mine are both on the same GC account.
