Should I use all of my deploys in one battle to gain as many individual awards ?
It takes 5 minutes to regen a single deploy, so unless you're willing to buy and spend gold on deploys I would say no. Together with your syn use just enough to achieve your aims.

The syndicate goal should come ahead of individual ones. That's what being in a team is about; you can't help with that if you're sitting on the sidelines most of the time because you have no deploys left.
