We are a well established guild with senior leadership that has been around for a while. Our guild is maxed with our bonuses all at 9% and rising. We consistently place top 100 without Gemming requirements and have access to t10 or t25 events every week for those who are interested in that.
Minimums are given out before events, if you have other things come up since most of us do have lives outside of this game, just let us know beforehand and it won't be a problem. Promotions are available and are performance based.
