Yes hello my wars have been locked for over a month and would like to know why. Whenever I contacted you i'd never get anything back only an email saying how was your help please give feed back. Please help me and fix this

Have you tried updating? Could be that you don't have the most current version or something so you aren't seeing Wars or Tournaments?

What the heck is locked wars?

All wars are "locked", in that you cant promote/demote or hire/fire members during them. If that's what you mean, they've ALWAYS been locked.
