Game Transfer from Kindle Fire

I have an account on my Amazon Kindle Fire tablet that was side loaded from the Google Play Store. I would like to transfer it to my android phone but the in app transfer function doesn't work on the Kindle. Does anyone have any ideas on how this can be done?
