We can't promote players to GM anymore. Fix it.

Send GM promotion request to player. Then you leave Guild. That player automatically promoted to GM. Then you request to enter Guild. Problematic approach but does the trick still.

Not always. Safest is to cancel any requests and make the player you want GM to be sent. If GM leaves GS gets autopromoted afaik. But yeah fix this gree, several guild have been "lost" because GM got given to inactive players and with your customer supports speed it might be months before they have their guild back.

Just weeks after OTB and BoP randomly disappeared and we had to max them from the ground within a week, an allied guild was lost to this issue above.

Maybe it's a way to get the overflow of money that piles up with all those level 3 monster nests out of the game?

Please fix asap.
