Invisible chests which cannot be opend

My last 3 chest i got are in the inventory as blank box with count 1. No name, no pictiture and i cannot open them.
Hard close or new installation does not help.

Vile my refunds were for a set prize for a specific
Goal. That prize was not awarded. So to buy gems
To achieve that award only to reach it and get nothing
Is indeed fraud.

This is correct! This was fixed yesterday. If you are still experiencing this issue, please make sure you have downloaded the latest data set and restart your game!
