Can someone explain how this kingpin power works? How do I get the people to fill all the positions? I have 27 million att and def but I am getting beat in battle by players with half my points...

Seriously, don't.

You get accomplices from events. To get the worthwhile ones means being in a syndicate that finishes, and/or spending several vaults on LTQs each cycle (enough real money to buy yourself a new iPhone type outlay, that is!).

If you're not there, you can try the lottery of buying crates.

Careful. Crate contents change. Currently there r no accomplices in them as there was last week.
