My prizes (crates and chests) are not showing in my inventory, just blank empty boxes. Anyone else having this problem?

Showing empty boxes. Just got chest for 700
Indvidual wins and no chest. Please fix asap

Some in our guild have reported the issue as well though. I would just send in a ticket and make sure you takes notes of what you already have. Wouldn't be the first time they "fixed" it worse then the way it is.

Sorry for the error, we have found the issue and a fix will be out this afternoon. The chest should just sit in your inventory until then. Once you see the art load correctly it should open as normal.

Fortunately this isn't happening to me, but it's nice to hear people are getting refunds.

Rewards missing are now 6: 4 from individual shattered sanctuary, 2 from guild/ indi rewards war ended.
