I know we all have had problems with gree, they may forget us at times ignore our requests for help. One thing they have never forgot is my birthday. Every year they send me a happy birthday email.

I'm now also part of the group who has been forgotten by Gree . . . . . 5 days now since I noticed my problem and not a single responce from them! And that birtdaycard they can put it you know where!
