We came in 12th in the FL ending 2/15/15 and 13th in the FL before that.
In WD we are a t25 team overall/top 5 division. We don't really go for streaks, but have achieved 50 wins a handful of times in the last few wars. With a couple additional active members we could make that a habit. In FL we are a t25 team that has achieved top 15 and/or the energy regen in every event except for the one surprise 24hr event last cycle where we took it easy and achieved t25, next event we were back in t15. As with WD we dont particularly aim for the streaks as the alliance attack prizes haven't been particularly appealing but have still accomplished it as part of fighting roughly 75% of the time. We are a very relaxed group, like a tight knit family, but one who enjoys the game and wants to be very active and competitive. Every single member does their part.

General new member requirements are to be around:
150k+ WD
80m+ FL
stats generally of 10b attack+ to find targets at this level. Exceptions can be made with proof of gold compensation.
able to have fun and be active - we are a group of fun loving, easy going, respectful, competitive adults
new perm members are generally asked to avoid placing in bottom 20% of faction for first cycle with faction minimums slightly below new member requirements
