It was a week ago pop ups in the game said an update was going to be out soon and the same message on the old Facebook page. Since then nothing from Gree.

Games such as Clash of Clans or Boom Beach say an update is out soon and it's released the next day. Additionally they post detailed information about the changes.

Mods are "busy" with the launch of the expansion pack, they are so "busy" that even mods are missing from the forums
Example: KA, 1 week ago when RB started and HP was increase there by 500%, gree mods went missing (max 2 posts in 1 weeks irrelevant to RB issue)
