Storm Kings is a proudly independent guild looking for active players to fill some recently vacated spots. There are no weekly gem-spending requirements; the main things I ask are that members contribute gold to the guild weekly, participate in events, communicate if a real-world conflict comes up, and have fun!
Storm Kings is maxed out at level 75, and soon the final element bonus will be maxed out as well. The rank of High Commander is primarily based on level of participation, so new members who are consistently more active than existing HCs are promoted without having to wait for a spot to open up. Having the LINE app for the Storm Kings group chat is highly recommended but not required.
