Crimy City Transfer Game/Files help

Hi,

I hope anyone here can help me with a problem.
My phone are not working well and i cant start crime city any more so i have to reinstall the phone, its a Android Phone.
I want help to transfer Crime City game from my old device and bare in mind that i cant login in Crime City because my phone are ****ed up but i can access all the files on it so how
do i transfer the files/game from my old android phone to another android phone without login in to Crime City.

Anyone know?

Get crime city on new phone and open it up. Should get a new account but you should be able to pull up old account through the manage accounts tab

I still cant login to crime city on my Android phone so i need to know if there are any way to transfer my game to another phone without login in to crime city on the phone.
I have access to all files on the phone but i can not log in into crime city.

Send an email to GREE's Customer Support... sounds like a job for them.
You'll need your player ID, at least.

It will take a long time and will probably be very frustrating, but you might be able to get your account transferred this year.
