Arena rank reset mid-event

Last night when I went to bed I was around rank 5500, this morning it says I'm over 80000. My arena points for the PVP Tangled Tussle event is still correct showing nearly 21000 arena points. How do I get Gree to fix my rank back to where it should be?

The same happened to me too. I was on the fourth rank until today afternoon, now I´m on the last rank. My arena points are shown correctly.

Had same issue over 2h ago, now it's fixed.

lol a couple months ago it did the opposit for me. I was ranked 1st and everyone else had 0 points. lasted less than 24 hrs unfortunatly for me.
