Hi one year ago, when you introduced the Bind / Recovery Option i tried to change my main account between my phone and my tablet, i did a error and bind the account lvl 1 on the email and device of my main account, so at the end i were with two level one account. i writed a lot of emails.. but maybe cause of my english ( because is not very good ) or i dont know they didn't helped me, just asked me some informations like code gems ... i gave them everything and they told me that the issue is solved, but was not solved so i writed another email.. after 2 month of emails i gived up. i tried two weeks ago to write them again.. they writed Thanks for contacting GREE Support! One of our specialists will be happy to assist you.

I replied again to this email .. but i can't wait every times more than one week for get one email.
Can someone of the support help me for 10-20 min in a real time chat for give me back my account?
